A New York man has been charged with interstate communication of a threat to injure after allegedly posting videos on social media threatening to kill President Donald Trump and U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro, according to a federal complaint.

Following his arrest, Kretsinger was released into an inpatient psychiatric treatment program in New York. As conditions of his release, he must wear an ankle monitor and remain off social media platforms.
